The
International Education Center’s schools introduce a new program model
that transforms English Second Language instruction from supplemental
to principal education. Historically ESL, GED and ABE programs have
been considered supplemental education, housed within public school
adult continuing education programs. The International Education Center
converts these supplemental programs to principal programs within an
educational campus that is built on a foundation of prominent English
Second Language instruction.
